The mission of the newly designated Roxbury Cultural District is to build and maintain a cultural district that identifies and recognizes Roxbury’s cultural assets. Artists and other creatives seek affordable living solutions that also provide space to work, practice and perform within an active, vibrant and supportive community.

The modular system provides a range of different unit sizes (from a very small to large) which can accomodate a broad diversity of acreative lifestyles and can allow for growing in place as careers and families grow. Three unit sizes can be stacked in different says to create many different private and public / community spaces
